Allegiant HR was founded in 2019 by Jodi Vilcans, SPHR. Her career has been in corporate human resources, training and development, recruitment, and education. Her experience in the education, manufacturing, and healthcare IT industries helped to mold her objective and principled approach to each client.
She is motivated by her interest in managing the balance between employee engagement and achievement of corporate goals. It is important to her to continuously improve on her foundation of Human Resources and development in order to provide clients with the most relevant advice to their business and situation.
Her passion is helping small companies and HR Departments of One align their HR function with the business and increase employee engagement while achieving corporate goals.
